| • | Motion for approval of the minutes for March 2008 meeting- Jeff Gentile 1st, Stan Altzman 2nd |
| • | Glen Holt's operation was successful and he is back to work part time Treasurers report from Robert Neely stated balance as of 5/31 is $33,201.65 Motion for approval of treasurers report – Rufus Stokes 1st, Terry Bennett 2nd |
| • | Spring Forum was the first training event we lost money on. Approximate loss net of profit from the golf outing and motorcycle ride was $3,542. |
| • | Membership report from Bob Neely. Membership has increased by 51 people since the end of February. Approximately 250 members in total. |
| • | Code Review by Bob Loeper. No report at this time. |
| • | Education Committee by Brian Gallagher. Possibility that we may not have a fall symposium. |
| • | PHRC Report by John Beswick. On April 17, 2008 PHRC held their Industrial Advisory Council meeting to decide on upcoming projects and training. |
| • | Region VII by Bob Loeper. Fourteen comments submitted for code changes. Next meeting will be held on September 5th, 2008. |
| • | PABCO Report by Bob Loeper. Tuesday June 17, 2008 meeting will be held in Carlisle. Government Affairs committee meeting will be held in May. Lee Milligan is chairman of PABCO governance committee. On the table, house bill 1096 urge members to address in the near future. PABCO presented a state representative drive along for building safety week. Bob Buddenbohn can address concerns on SB 59 and HB 47. |
| • | ICC Report by Brian Gallagher. PACO received banner from ICC with new Chapter logo. Vicky Paloma and Ron Lynn both sent letters thanking PACO for their hospitality and support of the ICC. Resolution on Federal Community Grant Program, approved at the Spring Forum was mailed out to all affiliated parties. |
| • | ICC Nomination Committee by Brian Gallagher. Bob Ellis is chairman of the nomination committee. Bob Loeper is running for a position on the ICC board of directors in Minneapolis. Motion for President to send letter supporting Bob Loeper for the ICC. Ken Myers 1st, Jim Dougherty 2nd. Motion for president to send letter supporting Bob Loeper to key chapters from PACO. Bob Neely 1st, Terry Bennett 2nd. A fundraiser will be held on June 27, 2008 at the Willows Mansion in Radnor Twp for Bob Loeper's campaign. Requesting members to support Bob and attend. |

ICC Annual Business meeting and Conference will be held in Minneapolis on September 14-23, 2008. |

Chubb Insurance Company - Tom Lacorte has offered their Warren, New Jersey Facility and Resident Program to the Members of PACO. A co-sponsored program with them on training may happen in the fall. It is an intense program on fire related training, covering sprinkler design, installation, inspection and testing; fire alarm design, installation and testing. |
| • | Motion to adjourn meeting at 10:35 AM was made by Stan Altzman 1st, Jim Dougherty 2nd. |
| • | Educational program-Wood use in Non-combustible type construction started at 10:45 AM and concluded at 4:00 PM. |
