Expansion of PACO Training
We are working in conjunction with the Bucks County Fire Academy to bring in Fire/Arson Investigation training
Kevin Pezzano is setting up a Fire/Arson Committee to help with setting up and obtaining training for Fire Code and Arson Certifications
The committee members are Kevin Pezzano, Ken Battin, Joe Januzelli and Ryan McCann
Bob Loeper is not running for the Board. Guy Toberland is asking PACO for their endorsement. This decision was put on hold to make sure no other candidates will ask for PACO's endorsement.
A motion was made to accept letter from candidates and allow the Board of Directors to make a decision on which candidate. The Board of Directors will then e-mail the general membership with a bio of the candidate and who the Board of Directors would like to endorse,

ICC Report - Brian Gallagher
Since October the financial stability of the ICC has been questioned. Members of ICC are questioning where 21 million dollars has gone?
ICC 2009 Budget is 54 million dollars
Local Chapter have suffered in receiving fewer ICC benefits.
In December 2007 the ICC had 14 million is cash assets and at the end of February 2009 the ICC is 7 million in the hole with cash assets.
A letter is being drafted by PACO Board of Directors to ask the ICC to explain where the money has gone, why there were layoffs, who was given pay cuts, etc. Once the letter is finalized it will be sent out to the general membership
A motion was made to allow the PACO Board of Directors to pursue this matter.
