President's Report - Glenn Holt
Glenn Holt thanked Kevin Pezzano for filling in for him while Glenn was out of commission because of back surgery,
Terry Bennett stepped down from the Treasurer position to a 1 year term on the Board of directors.
Bob Ellis has been appointed to fill the Secretary vacancy

Treasurers Report - Joe Januzelli
A motion was made to accept the Treasurers Report

Membership - Patti Verish
We currently have 132 members.
Membership renewals are still being submitted
PACO will be increasing their Membership Dues for 2011
PACO is currently working with PABCO regarding their Membership Dues

Training - Kevin Pezzano
• PACO will no longer be holding our meetings and/or training at the Montgomery County Fire Academy. Some of the reasons are as follows:
     The Academy was going to Charge $450.00 to use their facility for a ½ a day of training and $800.00 to use their facility for a full day of training.
• Spring Forum
     Will be held on April 20, 2010 at the Towamencin Volunteer Fire Company
     Ryan McCann will be conducting the training, "How to Survive Your Accessibility Audit"
• June Quarterly meeting - Art Weirauch Manager - Training and Applications Engineering OmegaFlex, Inc. on the correct installation, grounding and bonding of CSST
• July 22, 29, 31 and August 7, 2010 - Hand's on Vehicle Fire Investigation
• September 16, 2010 - Simpson Strong-Tie on Wall Bracing Requirements and Deck      Construction requirements based on the 2009 Codes
• Fall Forum - location To Be Determined
     Nov. 15, 2010 - Commercial Kitchen Hood Systems requirements based on the 2009 IMC and 2002 NFPA 17A
     Nov. 16, 2010 - Inspection, Testing and Maintenance of Fire Alarm Systems
     Nov. 17, 2010 - Fire Alarm Plan Review

Region VII- Glenn Holt
• Guy Tomberlin has asked PACO for their support for his re-election in the fall.
• A motion was made to support Guy Tomberlin in his re-election
     1st - Bob Fitch 2nd - Kevin Pezzano
• Next Region VII meeting is being held in Haggerstown, MD on March 23 and 24, 2010

PABCO
• An injunction was filed by PBA to suspend the 2009 codes and the injunction was denied.
• Lee Milligan will be attending the Government Affairs Committee Meeting on March 24, 2010 in New Cumberland, PA
• There are 47 pieces of Legislation that are pending.
• There is a BOD meeting on March 25, 2010.

Old Business
• Marketing Strategies
• Bob Ellis is going to be meeting with a Marketing Rep. to see how they can help PACO grow
• Some suggestions have been, Create a Facebook Page, Linked IN, Constantcontact.com.
• A big problem is to decide what kind of training do we want to offer.
• PACO needs to reinvent and move forward into the next era
• Glenn is working with Hoff Communication to redesign the PACO web-site

New Business
• Bob Neely has stepped down from his BOD seat
• Joe Pfizenmayer has been elected during a special election to take the vacant BOD seat

The next quarterly meeting will be held on Thursday, June 17, 2010
