The Pennsylvania Association of Code Officials quarterly meeting will be held on June 17, 2010 at the Towamencin Township Building, 1090 Troxel Rd, Lansdale PA.

Art Weirauch Manager - Training and Applications Engineering OmegaFlex, Inc.
Art entered the CSST (corrugated stainless steel tubing) industry in 1989. Involved in the first ever CSST installation, Art helped to introduce the promotion of CSST into the gas piping market.
As owner and sole proprietor of a manufacturer's representative and wholesale distributor business of products for the fuel gas industry, Art has worked towards the adoption of CSST into the major fuel gas codes and assisted Gas Utilities with 2 lb. distribution policies.
Art is currently working at Omegaflex as Manager - Training and Applications Engineering. Some of his responsibilities include Gas System Design, Research and Development, as well as technical and code issues around the country.
Art has conducted numerous training seminars for Contractors, Inspectors, Gas Utilities, Community Colleges and Forensic Engineering firms throughout the Country as well as heading up the training of Omegaflex, Inc. personnel and Omegaflex, Inc's Manufacturing Representative Agencies. Currently Art is most heavily involved with Bonding/Grounding issues of gas piping systems.
Art is participating in the Code development process of several State Codes as well as directing code official and industry inquiries into the bonding requirements for TracPipe and CounterStrike CSST systems.
Art also oversees the technical information department and gas piping system designs for the TracPipe Division at Omegaflex, Inc.
